Our patented u’Select system allows you to choose from six grind settings, ranging from extra fine to very coarse. The two-stage grinding mechanism first cracks and then grinds the peppercorns, giving you precise control over the coarseness of your grind.

Our mills come partially filled with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam, known for its woody and warm tones. To refill, unscrew the top knob, lift off the top, and add peppercorns (max size ¼-inch/6mm). Also available for purchase in Peugeot 6 oz. (175g) cubes.
